For the fastest help, include your account email, device/browser, screenshots when useful, and the card or eBay listing involved. We prioritize account access, subscription-access matching, and inspection-tool reliability issues first.

Before you submit
Listing data can lag, seller details can change, and eBay listings can end at any time. Include the exact listing URL whenever possible.
PokeFocus provides inspection aids and market context, not guaranteed live marketplace prices. Declared stale-data incidents may qualify for a discretionary Pro credit or account extension after review.
